Our Goal

At #MH4H, we believe that mental health is a human right. We work tirelessly to eliminate the mental health stigma and provide accessible mental health resources to the Black American and Afro-Latino communities.

 

Our team is made up of mental health professionals, activists, and volunteers who are passionate about our mission.

With your help, we hope to offer a range of services, including Counseling & Support groups, Food Assistance, Community Education Programs, Maternal Assistance, and Educational Scholarships.

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We are always looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. Whether you want to volunteer your time, donate resources, or fundraise on our behalf, there are many ways to get involved. Contact us to learn more.

Our mission is to eliminate mental health stigmas, while sustaining positive mental health and wellness within low income and Black communities. We believe mental health care is a human right, through raising awareness of both mental health and socioeconomic disparities, we are committed to making it accessible to everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
